1. Introduction

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event for partial refund.

3. Event Management

• We reserve the right to make changes to the event setup based on safety and operational requirements.
• External vendors must be approved by Rock Banquets & Convention management.
• Any damage to the property will be charged to the client.

4. Food and Beverage

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval.
• Menu selections must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.

5. Liability

Rock Banquets & Convention is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the event. Clients are responsible for their guests' behavior and safety.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
